What does Passion.com get right?
It’s really easy to sign up to Passion.com. As with most dating sites, you simply answer a few questions about yourself and your needs and you’re a member. Passion.com specifically caters well to transgendered people—one thing a lot of free online dating sites lack.
Although it’s "free" to sign up to Passion.com, most of the features you would want to use require you to become a paid member. However, rather surprisingly, you are able to watch other users’ live webcam videos without paying, so this is a bonus if you’re happy just to sit and watch to get your rocks off. You're also able to enter the chat rooms and chat with other members via these for free. Although you cannot privately contact other users unless you’re a paying member, you are able to respond to anyone who sends you a message. You can also use the instant messenger feature to chat with other members for free. And if you’re happy to pay for membership, there are over 40 million members using the site, meaning you’re very likely to find a compatible fuck buddy to hook up with- perfect for those with a busy lifestyle and little time to spend trawling the web for a hook up.
What could Passion.com improve?
While writing this Passion review, I had really mixed feelings about whether I thought the site was good or not. For example, whilst you can instantly message other members for free, you can’t see their profiles unless you pay to upgrade your membership- are you likely to want to chat with someone whose profile you haven’t seen? Likewise, when you are sent a private message from another member, although you are able to reply for free, how will you know if this is someone you want to start a conversation with unless you have been able to check out their profile to see if you like the look of them? Without being able to view profiles to scope out whether there could potentially be a spark between you and the person you’re looking at, it pretty much makes the free membership pointless if you’re hoping to find a fuck buddy.
Another negative I found was that the site is extremely busy- there are numerous menu options within the main menu drop down lists and it’s all a bit overwhelming. There are so many features to choose from that I wasn’t sure where to start. And of course, most of those features require you to hand over your credit card details.
There is also a much higher ratio of men to women, so while women will have plenty of potential matches to choose from, men may struggle to find someone with so many other men to compete with.
Who’s using Passion.com
I'm not about to upgrade to a paid membership at Passion.com, at least for now. So I wasn’t able to view profiles so it’s hard to answer this question, but what I did gather from my review is that these are a horny lot. There are a lot of cock, ass and tit profile photos, and it’s clear that these guys are looking for a good time with likeminded people.
Is it worth signing up for Passion.com?
If you’re happy to spend your money (but not your time) looking for some naughty fun, then I would definitely say give Passion.com a go.
