Pole Dancing Foundation Level – Complete Beginners
Pole dancing is a technique that anyone can learn. No prior dance or fitness experience is needed. Don’t forget we were all beginners once.
During your first lessons your posture, fitness and confidence will improve and more importantly, you’ll have loads of fun while starting to achieve your goals.
As well as learning basic pole moves, you’ll learn how to choreograph your moves to form your own beautifully flowing routines.
Class structure:
Each class is 1.5 hours long, so you’ll have plenty of time to focus on the more challenging moves, such as inverts.
We have a choice of three different venues across London.
Our Old Street venue has 7 poles; while our venues in Liverpool Street and South Kensington have 4 poles each. We will always aim for a maximum of 2 people per pole.
